Job Summary:  

The Store Manager will be accountable for meeting monthly sales goals and working with other team members.  Highest focus is on achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and accuracy of sales activity records while demonstrating the expected core values of the company.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
• Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local codes and established LINE-X procedures
• Supervises completion of all daily tasks
• Manages inventory
• Trains and manages employees
• Monitors sales, costs, and profits
• Ensures orders are being prepared accurately and efficiently
• Generates all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitors quality control in all phases of operation
• Arranges for maintenance of the shop as necessary
• Performs accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the business
• Practices superior customer service and ensures employees are doing the same
• Maintains a safe, secure environment for customers and employees
• Develops marketing promotions and advertising strategies
• Delegates responsibilities as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the business
• Performs any other job function as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation

Education and experience equivalent to:
BS/BA Degree (or successful equivalent experience)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media
• QuickBooks preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
